I have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Florida and a Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis from the University of Houston-Clearlake, and I have been supporting children and families with behavioral challenges since 2007. As both a behavior professional and a mom to two young children, I understand how challenging — and rewarding — parenting can be. I’ve worked in schools, homes, and early intervention settings helping families navigate everyday concerns like transitions, cooperation, routines, and challenging behavior using practical, effective strategies that fit into real life. My passion is helping families move from surviving to thriving by building stronger connections, increasing confidence, and creating calmer, more balanced home lives through compassionate, judgment-free support.
We believe parenting support should feel compassionate, collaborative, and practical — never judgmental. Every child and family is different, which is why we work alongside parents to understand their unique strengths, challenges, values, and goals while providing realistic support for everyday life. Our approach focuses on strengthening connection, improving communication, reducing stress within the home, and helping parents feel empowered and confident through simple, effective strategies.
At the same time, our work is strongly grounded in science and evidence-based practices. Strategies are informed by the principles of behavior analysis, child development, and research-supported approaches to behavior change and emotional development. We believe effective support should not only feel good — it should actually work.
Our goal is to bridge the gap between research and real life by providing practical tools that are both compassionate and effective, helping families create calmer homes, stronger connections, and lasting positive change.
