Welcome to Treasure Coast Parent Coaching (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Services (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, communications, digital resources, and related materials (collectively, the “services”). Treasure Coast Parent Coaching does not guarantee specific behavioral, emotional, developmental, or parenting outcomes.

6. Scheduling, Cancellations, and Payment

Fees for services are disclosed and agreed upon prior to scheduling.

Clients are responsible for payment according to the agreed-upon fee schedule.

Cancellation and rescheduling policies are agreed upon separately prior to scheduling. 

Failure to provide timely payment may result in suspension of services.

7. Website and Educational Content

All website content, downloads, graphics, handouts, posters, scripted stories, written materials, videos, and other resources are the intellectual property of Treasure Coast Parent Coaching unless otherwise stated.

Materials are provided for personal educational use only.

You may not:

• Reproduce or distribute materials commercially
• Modify or resell content
• Remove copyright or branding notices
• Share paid materials publicly without permission
