One-on-one coaching sessions provide personalized support based on your child’s unique needs, your family’s goals, and the challenges you are currently facing. Sessions may focus on topics such as tantrums, defiance, aggression, routines, transitions, toilet training, sibling conflict, emotional regulation, and improving cooperation at home or in the community. Coaching may take place virtually, in the home, or in community settings when appropriate.
Group offerings provide parents with practical tools, education, and support in a collaborative and encouraging environment. Workshops may focus on topics such as positive behavior strategies, managing power struggles, toilet training, emotional regulation, routines, sibling conflict, and supporting young children through common developmental challenges. Group sessions are designed to help parents feel connected, supported, and empowered while learning alongside other families.

1. Initial Consultation
We begin with a complementary consultation to learn more about your family, your child’s strengths, and the everyday challenges you would like support navigating. Together, we will discuss your goals, answer questions, and determine whether parent coaching feels like a good fit for your family’s needs.
2. First Coaching Session
Following the initial consultation, we will schedule an in-person individual coaching session with you and your child. The purpose of the first in-person session is to get to know you and your family a little bit better, and to see your current dynamics so that future coaching sessions can be individually tailored. All coaching session include practical strategies, routines, behavior support tools, parent education, and ongoing guidance to help you feel more confident and supported in the real world.
3. Follow-up Coaching Sessions
Additional coaching sessions may include a mixture of in-person and virtual formats depending on your individual needs. Sessions also include a mixture of in-situ (coaching you through challenging situations with your child present) and educational (i.e., meeting with you 1:1 without distractions to discuss specific challenges and problem solve solutions, or provide information on how to identify why a behavior is occurring).
At Treasure Coast Parent Coaching, we aim to provide practical, supportive guidance for everyday behavioral challenges. Services are tailored to help families build calmer routines, stronger connections, and greater confidence in navigating parenting challenges.
